Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases for Huakaʻi Lūʻau are processed through FareHarbor, our authorized third-party ticketing platform. By purchasing tickets, you also agree to FareHarbor's terms of service. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any guest who cannot produce a valid booking confirmation.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

• 72+ hours before the event: Full refund or rescheduling at no charge.
• 24–72 hours before the event: 50% refund or rescheduling subject to availability.
• Less than 24 hours before the event: No refund. Rescheduling may be available at our discretion.
• No-shows: No refund.

In the event that Huakaʻi Lūʻau cancels a performance due to weather, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a full refund or opportunity to reschedule.

Event Policies

By attending Huakaʻi Lūʻau, you agree to the following:

• Doors open at the posted time. Latecomers will be seated at the next available opportunity.
• Seating is first-come, first-served unless premium seating has been purchased.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted on the lūʻau grounds.
• Professional photography and video equipment require prior written approval.
• We reserve the right to remove any guest behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner without refund.
• All guests must comply with venue rules and local laws.

Intellectual Property

All content on huakailuau.com — including text, photographs, logos, graphics, and video — is the property of Huakaʻi Lūʻau / Hawaii Luau Company and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any site content without our prior written consent.
